Chili mushroom dry curry

Ingredients:1 lb sliced mushrooms
2 medium size green bell pepper
Salt to taste
Red chili powder to taste
Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp
4 flakes Garlic minced
Oil
Method:
1.Heat oil to a pan.Add minced garlic till golden brown.Fry bell pepper sliced.After 5 min add mushrooms to it and give it a stir.
2.Let mushrooms cook well as they may leave water.So allow all water to evaporate.
3.Add salt,red chili powder,turmeric to it.
4.Let the masala stick to mushrooms well.
5.Cook again for about 5 min,keep stiring it as it may stick to bottom if oil is less.
6.By this time mushrooms and pepper must have cooked well and you can feel the aroma of chili mushroom.
7.Put the curry in a serving bowl otherwise the curry will be still cooking due to hot pan.
Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with any pulao or naan.
