Kaju pistachios kulfi

Ingredients:
10 oz ricotta cheese
1/2 cup cashewnuts chopped finely or ,(can make thick powder)

1/2 cup pistachios(Can make thick powder)

1/2 tsp cardamon powder

Saffron( optional)

Sugar to taste

20 oz milk

Method:

1.Heat milk to boil,add crushed saffron

2.Add ricotta cheese n cook it for about 15-20 min on medium heat .Stir continuously so that it does not stick to the bottom of the pan.

3.Add Cardamom powder,pistachios powder,cashewnut powder,

4.Add sugar to taste.

5.When desired consistency is achieved,cool it for half an hr.

6.Pour in kulfi moulds or you can even use ice-lolly containers to make handy individual serves.
