Guacamole /Avocado Dip /chutney

INGREDIENTS :2 soft avocados
1 Green chili finely chopped
2 flakes garlic minced
1/2 lemon juice
Salt to taste
1/2 lemon juice

1/2 medium size tomato finely chopped
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1.Cut the avocados into halves. Remove the seeds, and scoop out the pulp into a small bowl.
2.Use a fork to mash the avocado. Stir in lemon juice, chili,salt, and olive oil garlic. Before serving add tomato's.
3.Cover the bowl, and refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
Serve with corn chips....................
NOTE: When you go to store the guac, put a layer of plastic wrap directly on the guac and squeeze the air out, then put another layer of plastic over whatever container you're using. This keeps the guac from oxidizing and turning all brown. Depending on how long you keep it in the fridge, the top might turn brown anyway, so just skim off the top layer before serving.
