Ingredients:2 Cups Rajgira flour
2 medium size boiled potato's
Rock salt to taste
Green chili to taste(as we are using only green chili to make it spicy )
Fresh chopped coriander 1/ cup
Method:
1.Mash the boiled potato's.
2.In a large bowl mix salt and flour.
3.Now add all the other ingredients and mix all of them.It will take a dough shape.
4.With the hands, shape dough balls.Flatten using rolling pin if required.
5.Heat tawa/griddle.Cook the flatten tikki from both the sides using ghee till they are golden brown.
6.Serve hot with yogurt.
